Introducing Myself

Looking for a Therapist can feel daunting, especially when you’re not sure what to expect or who might be the right fit.

I’m a Humanistic Integrative Therapist, and I work with adults who are experiencing things like anxiety, depression, low mood, stress, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. My approach is grounded in the belief that emotional distress is understandable, and that people are not broken or in need of fixing.

Humanistic Integrative Therapy focuses on understanding your experiences in context, while also drawing on different therapeutic approaches when helpful. This means our work can be flexible and responsive, shaped around you rather than following a rigid model.

In therapy, I aim to offer a space that feels calm, respectful, and collaborative. You won’t be rushed or pushed to talk about anything before you’re ready, and we work at a pace that feels manageable. Sometimes sessions are reflective and emotionally focused; at other times they may involve exploring patterns, thoughts, or coping strategies.

I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, listened to, and understood. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to support you in making sense of your experiences and finding ways forward that feel right for you.

If you’re curious about therapy or wondering whether this approach might suit you, you’re welcome to get in touch or ask questions. There’s no pressure or obligation
